Vietnamese-American chef Peter Cường Franklin, trained at Le Cordon Bleu and world-renowned kitchens including Alinea, Nahm, and Caprice, is a pioneer of modern Vietnamese cuisine. Inspired by his mother’s noodle shop in Dalat, he created “Cuisine Mới” – a progressive yet tradition-rooted vision of Vietnam. As Chef-Owner of Anan Saigon, Nhau Nhau, and Pot Au Pho, he is recognized as Chef of the Year 2024 by Vietcetera and named among Tatler Asia’s Most Influential.
