From Vaughan Mabee’s inventive New Zealand creations, Santiago Fernandez’s vibrant Latin flair, Gregoire Berger’s French artistry, and Michael Dyllong’s refined European plates — to Thailand’s own Sirorath “Fai” Thaowthong and Sujira “Aom” Pongmorn, bringing the heart and heritage of Isan and Thai cuisine — each presents their signature touch.
One afternoon. Six masters. A celebration you’ll never forget.
