The 18th World Gourmet Festival is a proud supporter of HRH Princess Soamsawali AZT Fund for Pregnant Women of The Thai Red Cross Society. THB 600 per dinner ticket sold and proceeds from the auctions*, which take place throughout the Festival, will be donated to the Fund. The donation campaign was initiated with the key objective to prevent mother-to-child transmission of HIV. The rapid growth of HIV/AIDS is threatening the gains made in child health over the past two decades.
The epidemic significantly affects children and their families, leaving many without protection, care or income. In addition to the donations collected from each World Gourmet Festival dinner ticket, guests will also be able to contribute valuable funds to HRH Princess Soamsawali AZT Fund for Pregnant Women of The Thai Red Cross Society, through auctions during the festival. Last year’s festival generated more than THB 756,660 for the charity, and with your help we aim to beat that target this year. A selection of stays at Anantara Hotels and Resorts in Thailand and overseas are up for grabs, highlighted by other luxury prizes. We thank you for your generous support!
*THB 600 from every fully paid dinner ticket will be donated to the charity. All funds raised from the live auction, after deduction of any incurred expenses from the live auction, will be submitted for donation to HRH Princess Soamsawali AZT Fund for Pregnant Women of The Thai Red Cross Society.
