Born in the coastal fishing village of Phan Thiết, Chef Võ Thành Vương’s understanding of food was shaped by seasonality, preservation, and necessity. After training in modern French cuisine and winning Top Chef Vietnam 2019, he returned to the traditional techniques of his upbringing, using them to explore and preserve Vietnam’s culinary heritage. At CoCo Dining, his cuisine bridges tradition and innovation, with each dish reflecting a commitment to carrying forward the techniques, ingredients, and cultural knowledge that define Vietnamese food.
