Sachin Poojary

With over 18 years of experience, Chef Sachin Poojary began his culinary journey at Mumbai’s iconic Taj Mahal Palace before training with Morimoto in New York. Rising to Chef de Cuisine at Wasabi by Morimoto, listed in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants (2013–2018), he now brings his expertise to Bangkok. Awarded a Michelin Star in 2024, Sachin presents narrative-driven tasting menus reimagining ancestral Indian recipes with bold, modern creativity.
