Nattaphon “Oat” Othanawathakij

Chef Nattaphon “Oat” Othanawathakij spent nearly a decade in Melbourne, honing his craft across fine dining and global events like the Australian Open and Formula 1. Returning to Asia, he worked at restaurants ranked No.5 in World’s 50 Best and No.1 in Asia’s 50 Best. In Phuket, he co-founded HEH (2019), later winning Iron Chef Thailand 2021 and Top Chef Thailand 2023. Remarkably, he is also Thailand’s first world-ranked snowboarder.
