Francesco Stara

Italian chef Francesco Stara, born in the charming city of Sassari, cultivated his craft through over 15 adventurous years abroad, working passionately across the UK, Canada, Brazil, France, Australia, the UAE, and Spain. Returning to Sardinia, he became Head Chef and Co-Owner of Fradis Minoris, an enchanting restaurant set within the ecologically rich Lagoon of Nora. Awarded a Michelin Star and Green Star in 2021, Francesco’s cuisine celebrates sustainability, authenticity, and the breathtaking Mediterranean landscape.
