Two acclaimed bartenders from Hong Kong’s cocktail scene come together for an evening shaped by creativity, technical expertise and genuine hospitality. Shelley Tai, Diageo World Class Bartender of the Year Hong Kong & Macau 2019 and a Global Top 8 finalist, brings extensive experience across leading bars and hospitality groups, before founding MIUS in Central Hong Kong. Kit Ho, Head Bartender at MIUS, developed his cocktails through formative years at Quinary, VEA Lounge and Draft Land HK, bringing a balance of technical skill and warm, approachable service. Together, they showcase the distinctive spirit of MIUS – simplicity done well, thoughtful cocktails and sincere hospitality.
