Two innovative forces behind Problem Child, Manila’s boundary-pushing cocktail bar, bring together their distinct journeys and creative perspectives. Patrick transitioned from engineering into bartending before returning to the Philippines to open Southbank Café + Lounge and co-found Problem Child, where his background in technology and hospitality inspires an inventive approach to cocktails. Kevin took a different path, moving from the kitchen to the bar and developing a style that blends his culinary instincts with experimentation.
