Two key figures behind Zest, one of Seoul’s most acclaimed cocktail bars, come together for an evening shaped by experimentation, hospitality and a strong sense of team. Noah Kwon, Beverage Director, leads Zest’s innovative drink programme, exploring unexpected ingredients, techniques and flavour combinations to create distinctive cocktails that challenge convention. Previously a supervisor at Charles H. at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, Noah joined Zest as part of its founding team, where his creative approach has helped shape the bar’s internationally recognised cocktail identity. Jisu Park, Director of Operations and co-founder, brings a background in bartending and extensive experience alongside Demie Kim and Sean Woo at Alice in Cheongdam. At Zest, he oversees the bar’s operations and service while fostering the warm, collaborative culture that has become central to the team. Together, they represent Zest’s balance of creative experimentation, exceptional service and genuine hospitality.
