With over 25 years of experience, Nick Wu is a pioneering figure in Taiwan’s cocktail scene and an internationally recognised bartender. He placed 2nd Runner Up at the 2016 World Class Global Final, founded Bar Mood Taipei and co-founded #FindTheLockerRoom Bangkok and akeruE Taipei. A regular judge, guest bartender and educator across Asia and beyond, Nick is also committed to advancing sustainability and the next generation of bartenders.
