With more than 25 years in hospitality, Nick Wu is a pioneer of Taiwan’s cocktail scene and the founder of Bar Mood Taipei. An award-winning flair bartender and 2nd Runner-Up at the 2016 World Class Global Final, Nick is known for his creativity, technical skill and dedication to the bar industry. Joining Nick behind the bar, Kevin will lend a hand throughout the evening, adding to the energy and keeping the cocktails flowing at the World Gourmet Festival 2026 Opening Ceremony.
