Currently ranked No. 54 in the world, Chef Alvaro is the leading voice of modern South American gastronomy, navigating his homeland’s traditions with cutting-edge technique. We are excited to have him join us in Bangkok to share the rhythmic, soulful flavours of Colombia in this defining chapter of our festival.
