Having landed Balzi Rossi its first Michelin star last year, Italian chef Enrico Marmo firmly put the historic bulwark of traditional Italian cuisine with a touch of modernity on Europe’s culinary map. In another win, Gambero Rosso 2023 Restaurant Guide gave Enrico the Tradizione Futura award.
