8-Star 'Michelin Masters' Brunch

One of the festival’s most popular fringe events, the World Gourmet Festival Brunch is an exuberant celebration of fine food paired with Laurent-Perrier Champagne, wines and craft cocktails. This year, 2-Michelin-starred chefs Daniele Lippi (Acquolina), Toshiharu Sunayama (Les Tonnelles), Kiko Moya (L’Escaleta), Jordi Artal (Cinc Sentits) and Tala Bashmi (Fusion by Tala), the winner of the first Middle East & North Africa’s Best Female Chef Award 2022 will be cooking up a storm with their own live stations as you socialise in our verdant courtyard to the sounds of live jazz, as well as enjoying fine-dining plates of South American ceviche, Arabic mezze, Indian tandoor, Thai food and fresh seafood.
