One of Thailand’s leading chefs, culinary experts and TV personalities, Phol is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Dusit cooking school, as well as being the institution’s brand ambassador. He pursued his passion for dessert-making at Gelato University in Bologna, and studied the basics of Japanese cuisine under foodie, chef and golfer Hiroko Kobayashi.
