After the show, she has travelled and cooked in 6 different countries showcasing modern Thai cuisine around the world. She is the Chef Ambassador for Thai Harvest \/ SOS and UNEP campaigns 2015-2017. Tam Chudaree graduated from The International Culinary Center in New York City and worked for Chef Dan Barber at Blue Hill at Stone Barns, which has been the most sustainable restaurant in New York for two years.
