His passion for cuisine starts from the childhood, when he decided to join the culinary school of Como. Once he achieved the diploma, he started his career through some of the best restaurants in Europe, as Maze by Gordon Ramsay, Le Gavroche and the Apsleys in London, Noma in Copenhagen, and Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence. His cuisine is deeply rooted in Como traditions and produces, but improved with plenty of research and experimentation, and he gave birth to a new contemporary gastronomic scene on Lake Como, trying to let it be known as far as possible, worldwide.
