Alessio trained at the Nino Bergese Culinary Institute in his home city before embarking on a journey upon which he has shared his passion for Italian cuisine with the world. His first foray out of his home country saw him managing and training a team of 25 chefs at Zeffirino at the Venetian on Las Vegas\u2019 world-famous strip.
