Reservation desk opens from 9am-9pm every Monday \u2013 Sunday from 17 June \u2013 08 September<\/p>\n

WGF desk will be the only one booking channel to confirm any bookings, all essence and Citibank bookings need to confirm by reservation desk.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy
\n<\/strong>All payments are non-refundable and the credit card will be charged upon receiving the authorization form. Reservations without a prepayment are not confirmed, and may be released without prior notice. All Essence members please also send us a scanned copy of the membership card to avail of the discount.<\/p>\n
