A portion of each dinner ticket sold will be donated to the Fund. The donation campaign was initiated with the key objective to prevent mother-to-child transmission of HIV. Since 2000, the Festival has generated 15 million baht for the charity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">All proceeds from the Urban Refugee Dinner will be paid to the 5 families who prepare the meal. Refugees arrive to Thailand as a layover awaiting settlement to a new country. Sometimes this takes up to 10 years.
