Thai-born Jino, Executive Chef at Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort and an avid aficionado of Lanna cuisine, and Dutch native Rick, Chef De Cuisine at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel’s award-winning Madison Restaurant, team up for a delicious collaboration of Northern Thai cuisine and a modern interpretation of classic European fare that highlights local ingredients.
