He opened his first restaurant Ta\u00efrroir in 2016, which later earned its first Michelin star in 2018, followed by another in 2019. The modern and stylish restaurant is one of the 17 restaurants to be recognized in the inaugural Michelin Guide Taipei. His cooking influences takes notes from Chinese to French cuisine, with an authentic Taiwanese spirit and passion.
