A self-taught Spanish Michelin chef Jordi Artal attained two Michelin stars for his restaurant ‘Cinc Sentits’ (Five Senses) in Barcelona which is guided by Jordi’s philosophy to stimulate each of the five taste sensations – sweetness, bitterness, sourness, saltiness and umami.
