Chef Jimmy Lim

Jimmy Lim is chef owner at three-Michelin starred restaurant JL Studio in Taichung. The restaurant that was ranked at #45 on Asia’s 50 Best 2022 list marries South-East Asian flavours with the best of Taiwanese ingredients to create inventive dishes that reflect Lim’s heritage and culinary journey. Lim has worked at some of the world’s best restaurants, including Le Moût, The French Laundry, Per Se, Noma and Geranium.
