Saan Dhakal (sustainability and operations manager) and Agung Prabowo (co-founder) represent Penicillin, the first sustainable bar in Hong Kong and the winner of the Ketel One Sustainable Bar Award by Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2021. Both are experienced mixologists who have worked in prestigious hotels and restaurants in the region and share a passion for sustainability.
