From the bold Nordic flavours of Eric Vildgaard, to the refined Cantonese artistry of Choi Ming Fai Jan, the smoky, fire-kissed creations of Dave Pynt, and the vibrant Italian flair of Paul Gamauff — each course tells a story of heritage and innovation.

Joining them, Thailand’s own Arttasit “Big” Pattanasatienkul and Nattaphon “Oat” Othanawatthakij bring their award-winning vision to the table, celebrating local ingredients through contemporary lenses. Adding to the line-up, Jimmy Ophorst of PRU, Phuket, infuses the evening with his Michelin-starred creativity.
